About the Role
This position is designed for an Associate Attorney with a focus on business and real estate transactions. You will be involved in handling commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing, conducting due diligence reviews (including title, survey, zoning, and entity matters), and advising clients on business formation, governance, and operational issues. The role requires coordinating with lenders, title companies, brokers, and opposing counsel, as well as performing legal research and preparing transactional documents.
You will support senior attorneys in complex transactions and client matters, assist in mentoring junior associates, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail. This role exists to ensure our clients receive high-quality legal guidance while allowing you to develop your skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
