About the Role

Join us in shaping the future of aviation training! At Boeing Global Services, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Training Systems Integrator to join our dynamic Learning Design Team in Miami, Florida. This is a unique opportunity to leave a lasting legacy for the next generation of pilots.

As a Training Systems Integrator, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for maintaining and enhancing our commercial flight training content. You will play a crucial role in identifying customer training needs, evaluating training objectives, and designing innovative content that meets the evolving demands of the aviation industry. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with a talented team of flight instructors and instructional designers to analyze training effectiveness, reconcile feedback, and ensure our programs remain relevant and impactful. You will also engage in hands-on testing of curricula in flight simulator devices and validate the technical accuracy of courseware to ensure compliance with the latest FAA and EASA regulations.
