About the Role
We are seeking Training Facilitators who embody our core qualities and excel at delivering engaging, effective learning experiences. This role focuses on facilitating instructor-led and independent learning experiences, partnering closely with clients and internal teams, and making thoughtful updates to training materials to support learner success.
As a Training Facilitator, your primary focus will be delivery, engagement, and learner success. You will partner with Instructional Designers, Team Leads, and client stakeholders to plan training schedules and delivery approaches. The role involves becoming proficient in the technology and existing training materials, including facilitator guides, participant guides, exercises, and job aids. You will also support the creation and refinement of recorded training sessions or short videos for the Learning Management System (LMS) and assist with basic editing of animated or technology-enabled learning assets.

- Candidates must be willing and able to travel by car within the state of Illinois for instructor-led training delivery.

Requirements
