Reporting to the Manager of Technology Training and Adoption, this team operates at the intersection of clinical, operational, revenue cycle, and information services stakeholders. Our mission is to implement a continuous learning model that advances user adoption and system mastery, empowering staff to leverage technology with competence and confidence.

About the Role

As a Senior Technology Trainer, you will be a pivotal partner in designing and delivering our enterprise technology training program. Your day-to-day involves designing curricula, supporting go-live readiness, and spending time in clinical areas to observe system use, identify gaps, and provide coaching. By promoting new features and addressing user concerns, you will drive change management and ensure users are prepared during system transitions.

Our Mission

Join us in making a lasting impact as we help our patients "Grow Up Stronger." We are committed to improving business processes and care delivery through technology, ensuring that every interaction with our systems contributes to a safer, more efficient healthcare environment.

Hiring Process
