We are committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. Our team operates within the EPIC Acute department under the direction of the Director of Ambulatory Medical Informatics. We believe in the power of education to drive operational excellence, working closely with Application Team Leads and analysts to ensure our training programs empower user roles across the organization.
The Epic Principal Trainer serves as an expert educator and project manager for SVMHS' ambulatory practices. This role is critical for developing and maintaining the training ecosystem for clinical documentation, orders, scheduling, patient-clinic communications, professional billing, claims, and remittance processing. You will bridge the gap between technical workflows and end-user proficiency, ensuring that staff are equipped to navigate complex systems with confidence.
In this position, you will design and deliver role-based training content, manage instructional materials, and oversee the testing of training environments. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex technical topics into clear, easy-to-understand lessons, both verbally and in writing. Beyond the classroom, you will provide ongoing support to trainees, credential additional trainers, and ensure all training deliverables align with the broader training strategy and change management protocols.
It is fun to work in a company where people truly believe in what they're doing. If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you will enjoy your career with us. We foster an environment where passion for the work and a focus on the customer drive every decision we make.
