SR/WA designation or equivalent industry credential. Experience developing training programs, manuals, competency frameworks, or course catalogues. Familiarity with LMS or LXP platforms, SCORM content, or eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise). Experience managing contract SMEs, coordinating multi-instructor delivery, or overseeing training project scope. Background in adult learning principles, instructional design methodology, or workforce development strategy. Curiosity about and comfort with AI-enabled learning tools and modern L&D practices. Experience contributing to proposals, scopes of work, or business development efforts for training contracts.
