About the Role
As a Product Manager in Trade and Working Capital, you will be a core leader shaping the future of product innovation. You will drive value for customers by guiding successful launches and delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients. This role is integral to the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.
You will act as the voice of the customer, developing profitable products that provide significant value. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure top-tier client experiences. Your day-to-day involves driving market research to identify emerging needs, championing the rollout of new systems, and serving as the primary executive point of contact for risk, product control partners, regulators, and local governance bodies in North America.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop comprehensive product strategy and vision for Supply Chain Finance
- check_circleEnsure products meet regulatory, control, and compliance approvals prior to launch
- check_circleDrive market research to identify customer needs and integrate solutions into the roadmap
- check_circleChampion rollout of new systems and technologies with Technology teams
- check_circleSpearhead independent project execution and delivery without management oversight
- check_circleCoordinate reviews by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and internal audit teams
- check_circleManage P&L including revenue goals, expense targets, and product profitability initiatives
- check_circleServe as primary executive point of contact for risk, control, and regulatory bodies
- check_circleLead legal, tax, and compliance discussions with internal and external partners
Requirements
- verified6+ years of experience delivering products, project management and development
- verifiedDeep expertise in Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance and Structured Working Capital products within banking or financial services
- verifiedExtensive experience in senior leadership roles within Trade Finance product management
- verifiedIn-depth knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to Trade Finance
- verifiedExperience in developing innovative solutions for bespoke client and market needs
- verifiedStrong project management background
- verifiedExposure to IT development projects from kick-off to launch
- verifiedMasters Education preferred
Nice to Have
Prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization. Experience in additional product sets such as Inventory Finance, Borrowing Base Finance, or Export Finance. Ability to market products to achieve desired client outcomes and provide client-centric solutions. Experience in securitization. Masters Education.
