About the Role

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician at Sam's Club, you will be the backbone of our service department, dedicated to providing safe and efficient service in both sales and service areas. Your mission is to deliver more of what our members love for less, ensuring every interaction meets their high expectations. You will work collaboratively with a team of associates to maintain the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will serve as a team member, an expert in tire and battery services, a tech-savvy problem solver, and an owner of your workspace. You will leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the service experience while maintaining accurate inventory and adhering to strict safety protocols. Beyond technical skills, you will act as a talent ambassador, modeling high-quality service and fostering a culture of belonging where every associate feels supported and valued.
