About the Role

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician at Sam's Club, you will be the backbone of our service department, delivering safe and efficient service to our members. Your mission is to provide more of what our members love, for less, by ensuring every interaction meets their high expectations. You will work collaboratively with a diverse team of associates to manage both sales and service requests, acting as a trusted advisor who helps members make informed purchasing decisions.

This role is about more than just technical expertise; it is about being a brand advocate who values the member experience. You will leverage digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales, improve the service experience, and make immediate business decisions. From operating Point of Sale systems to managing inventory and safety compliance, you will be an owner of your workspace, ensuring accuracy in all documentation and transactions. You will also play a key role in mentoring new technicians and fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and continuous improvement within the team.
