About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will do more than just manage a store; you will lead and mentor a team while building a career and life you love. This role is distinct because it is hands-on and grounded in the work itself. You set the pace for the store and the tone for the team, starting your day with a huddle and assigning bays to keep the workflow steady.

You will be on the floor with your team, coaching and stepping in where needed, rather than staying behind a desk. Your day involves talking with customers to explain options clearly and ensuring they get back on the road safely and confidently. You will bust tires, manage inventory, and delight customers, all while fostering a "sports energy" that fuels our partnerships with local and national pro sports teams. We believe in Sundays off to prioritize faith, family, and friends, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
