About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will set the pace for the store and the tone for the team. This is not a desk job; you will be on the floor with your team, coaching, mentoring, and stepping in where needed to ensure customers receive safe and timely service. Your day begins with a huddle to assign bays and keep the workflow steady, followed by direct interaction with customers to explain options clearly and get them back on the road confidently.

You will lead a team of 4-5 technicians, fostering a culture where teammates care for each other and win together. Whether you are busting tires, managing inventory, or training new hires, your goal is to create an inviting, easy, and safe customer experience. We value a "servant leader" energy—someone who remains calm under pressure, maintains a positive attitude, and leads by example.

Hiring Process

We are looking for former athletes, military team members, or hands-on leaders who thrive in a team mindset. If you have a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent, you are ready to start. We provide hands-on, on-the-job training and development, so automotive enthusiasm is a plus but not a requirement. We will train you to succeed.
