About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead and mentor a team while ensuring customers receive safe, timely service. This role is distinct because it is not a desk job; you will be on the floor with your team, coaching, stepping in where needed, and setting the pace for the store. You will start your day with a huddle, assign bays, and manage workflow to keep operations steady. Your day involves talking with customers to explain options clearly, helping them get back on the road confidently, and fostering a positive, energetic environment. You will grow by doing, utilizing hands-on training to develop your leadership skills in a culture that values integrity and a "can-do" attitude.
