About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will do more than just manage a location; you will lead and mentor a team while building a career and life you love. You set the pace for the store and the tone for the team. Your day begins with a huddle to assign bays and ensure a steady workflow, guaranteeing customers receive safe and timely service. Unlike traditional management roles, no desk is required for you. You will be on the floor with your team, coaching, stepping in where needed, and talking directly with customers to explain options clearly and get them back on the road confidently.

Hiring Process

We offer extensive hands-on, on-the-job training and development, so while automotive enthusiasm is a plus, it is not required; we will train you.
