About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead and mentor a team while keeping our customers safe and building a career you love. This role is distinct because there is no desk required; you set the pace for the store and the tone for the team directly on the floor. Your day begins with a huddle to assign bays and ensure steady workflow, followed by hands-on coaching and stepping in where needed. You will talk with customers to explain options clearly, ensuring they get back on the road confidently.
