As parents, we see the potential in our little ones from the youngest age. As they grow, we endeavor to instill the life skills needed to lead a balanced and productive life. Oftentimes, however, environment, genetics, or trauma threaten that growth. It is then that we must envelop our little ones with a robust therapeutic environment to foster those vital skills.
Much like the caterpillar, tethered to the ground and yearning to transform into a butterfly, a child must be nurtured in a cocoon until it is ready to emerge into its full potential. At Kids Thrive, we create a safe and therapeutic cocoon, surrounding each child with an intensive degree of individual treatment sessions and group therapy. This enables the child to build relationships, repair regulation, and improve behaviors.
It is our honor to be a part of fostering the beauty innate in each child, enabling them to take flight and thrive in school, at home, and in life.
Kids Thrive is currently seeking experienced Therapists to work within our Pediatric Mental Health Program, providing care and treatment to clients ages 3 to 10. Our compassionate therapists specialize in supporting a high-acuity early childhood population. With a focus on both group and individual services, our dedicated professionals provide a safe and nurturing environment where young minds can flourish.
In this role, you will co-lead day treatment groups, provide individual and family therapy, and conduct family interviews to offer referrals to appropriate resources. You will also provide crisis intervention as needed and contribute to treatment team meetings, collaborating closely with other providers to ensure comprehensive care.
To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter highlighting your experience with pediatric mental health. Candidates selected for the next stage will be contacted for an initial screening followed by an interview with the clinical leadership team.
Kids Thrive is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
