The Youth Mental Health Therapist (Split Caseload) is a vital member of our clinical team, dedicated to providing in-office and telehealth counseling to children, adolescents, and adults. This position requires flexibility to manage a caseload that includes both youth and adult clients, ensuring a holistic, whole-person approach to care.
In this role, you will maintain therapeutic relationships with clients to meet their biopsychosocial needs while collaborating closely with a multi-disciplinary treatment team. Your day-to-day involves conducting intake screenings and orientations, delivering evidence-based and trauma-informed counseling, and providing crisis intervention when necessary to restore client functioning. You will also facilitate group counseling sessions as needed. Success in this role demands a balance of emotional intelligence, professional confidence, and the ability to adapt to changing processes with an optimistic perspective.
