As a Program Director, you will oversee the development and operations of programs within a specified geographical area. This role is vital for ensuring the delivery of our mission-driven services while managing personnel, finances, and program execution. You will act as a key liaison with referring agencies and oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with licensure, payer, and accreditation standards.
In this position, you will foster a supportive culture by recruiting and hiring staff, providing orientation and training, and offering clinical and operational supervision. You will also drive regional growth by developing strategic plans and budgets, while maintaining positive working relations with referral sources to expand our reach in the community.
