About the Role
The Volunteer Coordinator serves as the heart behind the helping hands in our Texas Division. You will be a mission-driven servant leader with a heart for faith-based service and community outreach, connecting passionate volunteers to meaningful service. This role is designed for a dynamic individual who thrives on building community and creating a welcoming, fun, and safe environment where volunteers can truly thrive and make an impact.
In this position, you will go beyond simple scheduling. You will inspire volunteer engagement through digital platforms, nurture relationships through mentoring and encouragement, and lead the charge in fostering a Christ-centered culture. You will collaborate closely with operations and warehouse teams to ensure every volunteer experience is safe, meaningful, and aligned with our brand values.
