About the Role
Our client is seeking a Test Technician II to join a fast-paced production environment dedicated to the manufacturing and testing of electronic assemblies. In this role, you will be the frontline guardian of product quality, ensuring that every unit meets rigorous standards before reaching the customer.
You will spend your day setting up and operating specialized test equipment, conducting precise tests on production assemblies, and troubleshooting complex issues down to the component level. Your work involves interpreting schematics and diagrams to perform necessary adjustments, calibrations, and modifications. Beyond testing, you will actively support process control procedures, verify product quality, and engage in hand soldering and rework activities to maintain high manufacturing standards.

Requirements
- verifiedMinimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing testing with PCB boards

- verifiedAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
- verifiedBasic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or Trade School education required
Nice to Have
Experience with RF analyzers and advanced test equipment. IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD certifications (Modules 1, 3, 6 preferred). Ability to become solder certified.
