About the Role
This position serves as a critical technical resource within our electronics lab, bridging the gap between design and production. You will be responsible for the end-to-end verification of complex electronic systems, ensuring that every PCB and integrated system meets rigorous performance standards before deployment.
Your day-to-day involves operating precision benchtop test equipment to verify performance, performing intricate rework and assembly on surface-mount and through-hole components, and building complex cable and wire harness assemblies. You will troubleshoot failures down to the component level, utilizing schematics and wiring diagrams to execute necessary repairs. Beyond technical execution, you will play a key role in continuous improvement by accurately documenting test data, rework actions, and failure modes to support engineering analysis. You will also assist in maintaining a safe and clean lab environment, including equipment calibration.

Nice to Have
Associate degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Technologies, or related fields. Active IPC-610, IPC-620, and J-STD-001 certifications. Experience using ECAD viewers (Altium, Eagle, OrCAD, etc.) to locate components on a board layout. Familiarity with environmental testing including thermal chambers, vibration tables, and burn-in procedures.
