Senior Electrical Engineering Technician

About the Role

This position serves as a critical technical resource within our electronics lab, bridging the gap between design intent and physical reality. You will be the hands-on expert responsible for verifying the performance of complex PCBs and integrated electronic systems, ensuring that every component meets rigorous standards before deployment. Your work directly supports our mission to accelerate product development and maintain the highest levels of reliability in our electronic assemblies.

In this role, you will navigate a dynamic environment where precision is paramount. Your day will involve operating advanced benchtop test equipment to validate system performance, performing delicate rework and assembly tasks under a microscope, and constructing intricate cable and wire harness assemblies. Beyond execution, you will act as a diagnostician, troubleshooting failures down to the component level using schematics and layouts to drive continuous improvement. You will also play a key role in maintaining the integrity of the lab environment, ensuring equipment is calibrated and standards are met.
