As an Electrical Support Engineer, you will join a team of experienced aerospace engineers to support the design, integration, troubleshooting, and sustainment of aircraft instruments, avionics, and electrical power systems. This role serves as a critical bridge between design, production, quality, and customer support, ensuring our products meet stringent aviation and regulatory requirements. You will work on complex products in real-world aviation applications, ranging from general and business to commercial and military sectors.
Your day-to-day involves hands-on technical support throughout the product lifecycle, including prototype evaluation, test setup and execution, and root-cause analysis. You will interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and PCB layouts to diagnose electrical issues at both board and system levels. Beyond troubleshooting, you will participate in engineering change requests, verify that changes meet design intent and performance specifications, and contribute to compliance activities related to RTCA/DO standards. This position offers a pathway to grow into broader design responsibilities or technical leadership while maintaining a strong connection to the hardware and systems that define our mission.
