Are you looking for a hands-on position where you can work with advanced electronics and solve real technical challenges? This role offers the opportunity to support complex production and testing within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be the technical backbone of the operation, setting up test apparatus, conducting tests on production assemblies, and ensuring units meet established standards.
Your day-to-day involves laying out and assembling units for production equipment according to precise designs and specifications. You will adjust and calibrate systems as needed, modifying equipment by adding, removing, or altering components based on diagrams and sketches. When malfunctions occur, you will troubleshoot and correct them by making adjustments or replacing parts at the component level. The role requires the proficient use of hand tools, small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices. Additionally, you may monitor and verify product quality using statistical process control or other quality procedures.
This position operates on a 4/10 second shift schedule, Monday through Thursday, typically from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM.

Education: High School diploma or Trade School education (minimum two years).
