As a Test Engineer, you will support test activities to best meet project requirements as part of the Verification Performance Testing team. You will interface with cross-functional team members to execute tests, analyze data, document results, and ensure all documentation passes quality review. This role operates on a 1st shift schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Ability to complete tasks with ambiguous instructions. Experience involved in cross-functional projects (e.g., organizing fixtures, working with Engineering teams, basic test method development, equipment calibration/validation, implementing workflow/process changes). Proven ability to successfully and efficiently perform complex tests. Participation in team initiatives by providing input and taking on action items. Ability to review data, test methods, and reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree with 0 years experience (alternative to 2 years experience).
