About the Role

The Data Center Site Manager serves as the primary technical and operational leader onsite, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety systems within a mission-critical environment. This role is designed to support maintenance, incident response, and continuous improvement efforts to achieve and sustain 99.999% uptime. You will act as the central point of accountability for all site activities, collaborating with engineering teams, vendors, and leadership while managing daily operations, staffing, and site performance. The ideal candidate is a motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for data center services and a knack for building strong client relationships.

Requirements

verifiedMinimum 3+ years of experience in data center operations or critical facility environments
verifiedHigh school diploma or GED plus 2+ years of experience in electrical, HVAC, or refrigeration systems
verifiedStrong technical knowledge of data center systems including generators, switchgear, UPS, ATS/STS, PDUs, chillers, AHUs, CRAC units, cooling systems, and building automation
