About the Role
The Data Center Site Manager serves as the primary technical and operational leader onsite, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety systems within a mission-critical environment. This role is pivotal in supporting maintenance, incident response, and continuous improvement efforts to achieve and sustain 99.999% uptime. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, vendors, and leadership while managing daily operations, staffing, and site performance. The position demands a central point of accountability for all site activities, requiring strong leadership in high-pressure environments to deliver high-quality service aligned with company and client expectations.
