About the Role

As a Territory Sales Manager - Specialty, you will serve as the face of Sumitomo Pharma America to our customers. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth in a performance-based environment that emphasizes ownership and accountability. You will be assigned a specific territory where you will establish deep, meaningful business relationships grounded in clinical and market dynamic expertise.

You will operate in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where you will showcase your decision-making, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Success in this role requires a passion for continuous learning and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a strong professional presence. You will collaborate with team members to provide candid, constructive communication and drive market share by closing new business in both new and existing accounts.

Requirements
