As a Territory Sales Lead, you will serve as the primary supervisor and developer for your assigned associates. Your mission is to drive sales and ensure we meet the high expectations of our retailers and clients. You will oversee project completion, manage stocking and area maintenance, and act as the vital communication link between our team and the store.
In this role, you will effectively sell and educate both customers and store personnel about our product lines and specific projects. Reporting directly to the Market Sales Manager, you will build rapport through daily communication, train and develop your team, and ensure the highest quality of work in every area you manage.
