About the Role
The Territory Sales Lead serves as a vital link between our clients, retailers, and our internal team. In this role, you will supervise and develop assigned associates to drive sales and ensure retailer expectations are met. Your day-to-day involves managing project completion, maintaining store areas, and facilitating clear communication with store personnel.
You will be responsible for effectively selling and educating customers and store staff about product lines and specific projects. Reporting directly to the Market Sales Manager, you will ensure high-quality work that meets or exceeds client standards while maintaining strict confidentiality for company, client, and retailer information.
