As a Territory Sales Lead, you will serve as the primary supervisor and developer for your assigned associates. Your mission is to drive sales and ensure we meet the expectations of both retailers and our clients. You will be responsible for project completion, stocking, and maintaining the areas under your care, while acting as the vital link for store communication.
In this role, you will effectively sell and educate customers and store personnel about our product lines and other necessary projects. Reporting directly to the Market Sales Manager, you will build rapport through daily communication, train and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal associates, and ensure high-quality work that exceeds client standards. You will also be the voice for successes and potential barriers, utilizing handheld devices and maintaining strict confidentiality for our company, clients, and retailers.
