About the Role
As a Territory Sales Lead, you will serve as the primary supervisor and developer for your assigned associates. Your mission is to drive sales performance and ensure we consistently meet the expectations of our retailers and clients. Beyond leadership, you will manage project completion, oversee stocking and area maintenance, and act as the vital communication link between the store and our management team.
In this role, you will effectively sell and educate both customers and store personnel about our product lines and specific projects. You will report directly to the Market Sales Manager, ensuring that successes are celebrated and potential barriers are addressed promptly. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, physical stamina, and the ability to build rapport through daily communication with store management and associates.
