We are recognized as one of the most admired companies in the world by Fortune and a top place to work for diversity, working mothers, female executives, and scientists.
Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life through the design and provision of device and management solutions for the treatment of structural heart disease. We aim to lead the markets we serve by ensuring our solutions offer an improved benefit/risk profile compared to existing standards of care. This role is critical to driving the productive output of our engineering, business development, and clinical research efforts to advance the standard of care.
As a key member of the Abbott Structural Heart (Surgical Valves division), you will promote and support the business through a proactive partnership with the Regional Sales Director and Senior Territory Manager. Your focus will be on developing business growth strategies and risk mitigation plans to achieve sales objectives within assigned accounts. You will negotiate customer contracts, elevate market growth opportunities, and build strong relationships with healthcare providers. A vital part of your day involves keeping Abbott Surgical Valve leaders informed of market dynamics and competitive activity while collaborating with diverse constituents—including interventionalists, echo cardiologists, cardiac anesthesiologists, and CV surgeons—to generate referrals and ensure excellent clinical outcomes for patients.
