Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life through the design and provision of device and management solutions for the treatment of Structural Heart disease. We aim to lead the markets we serve by ensuring our solutions offer an improved benefit/risk profile compared to existing standards of care. This performance threshold guides our engineering, business development, and clinical research efforts to advance the standard of patient outcomes.
The Territory Manager is a field-based position supporting our MitraClip division. This role is critical for ensuring that the assigned territory meets or exceeds sales objectives. You will partner with your Regional Director to identify and evaluate market opportunities, establish annual sales goals, and coordinate activities with clinical consultants. A key part of your day involves negotiating contracts with external customers and keeping the company informed of market dynamics and competitive activity. You will observe procedures in hospital labs and operating rooms to gain deep insight into the specific needs of physicians and lab staff, while building networks through trade shows and educational conferences to stimulate interest in our products.
To apply, please submit your qualifications through our career portal. Abbott is committed to a fair and inclusive hiring process. We require all candidates to satisfy vendor credentialing requirements, which may include vaccination for COVID-19. If you require a medical or religious accommodation regarding these requirements, please advise HR so we can provide additional information and explore necessary accommodations.
