In Abbott's Heart Failure (HF) business, we are developing solutions to diagnose, monitor, and manage heart failure, allowing patients to restore their health and get on with their lives. The Clinical Account Representative (CAR) role is pivotal in this mission, supporting the growth of CardioMEMS by driving utilization, supporting key accounts, and delivering essential education and technical support. This sales-forward position operates at the intersection of clinical expertise, relationship management, and commercial execution, ensuring CardioMEMS is successfully integrated into heart failure care pathways to deliver measurable patient and economic value.
As a Clinical Account Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for high-volume, established accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding and patient monitoring workflows. You will partner with Territory Managers to conduct quarterly account reviews, support workflow optimizations, and provide technical troubleshooting for remote monitoring issues. Your day will involve building strong relationships with physicians, APPs, and HF clinic administrators, while delivering product demonstrations and educational meetings to drive adoption. You will also provide coverage for Territory Managers during peak demand periods and collaborate with Marketing, Professional Education, and Clinical Specialists to support program health.
