In Cardiac Surgery, we are committed to advancing and delivering optimal cardiac surgical care. As a Clinical Specialist in the ECT/ECLS product line, you will serve as the field expert for these products and associated procedures. This hybrid role blends sales accountability with deep clinical knowledge, positioning you as a catalyst for growth and transformation within the business.
You will be the bridge between complex medical technology and the healthcare providers who rely on it. Your day will involve developing and delivering live and virtual training programs on Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) products to hospitals and medical facilities. You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure training materials align with product messaging and sales objectives, while conducting product demonstrations on the safe and effective use of ECT/ECMO products.
Beyond training, you will provide guidance on the selection, setup, and management of life support devices, including proficiency in Cardiac Fluoroscopic imaging for proper cannula placement. You will also support blood management initiatives, training hospital personnel on autotransfusion and anticoagulation management devices in perioperative settings. By working with key opinion leaders and participating in industry events, you will stay at the forefront of ECMO therapy trends and contribute to the development of new devices.
