You will serve as a vital link between Abbott and the critical care environments where our technology saves lives. This role requires a deep understanding of the clinical theatre and ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) application when working with Perfusionists, Surgeons, Intensivists, Cardiologists, Respiratory Therapists, Nurses, and ECMO Specialists. You will provide clinical and technical support to customers in the ICU, Operating Room, Cath Lab, ER, and during hospital transport.
Your day will involve navigating hospital administration and purchasing policies to build strong relationships with key accounts. You will act as a corporate liaison, collaborating with Regional Directors, Marketing, Training, and R&D to ensure the highest level of service. By providing field input on market dynamics and competitive activity, you will help shape short- and long-term planning while maintaining a myopic focus on customer satisfaction and patient outcomes.
