This role serves as a committed professional within the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) team. While this is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site, the candidate hired will be required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. You will lead regional customer and employee education and training activities in support of CRM procedure and product launches. As a technical resource, you will provide expertise in physician and fellow education, clinical evidence interpretation, and Medtronic employee education, ensuring field teams can articulate the value of our products to customers.
In this role, you will partner with key leadership, field, and cross-functional personnel to identify opportunities and barriers to improving district and region performance. You will translate complex technical messaging, dispel competitive claims, and resolve complex technical issues while maintaining customer relationships. By building high-trust relationships with key customers across the region, you will provide expert service to establish and reinforce the value of Medtronic's technical competency.
