About the Role

As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping customer relationships and driving business growth. This position is designed for those ready to build relationships, drive sales, and make a meaningful impact in the foodservice industry. You will own and nurture customer relationships within a team-based selling model, educating clients on ordering platforms and providing menu consultations, product recommendations, and pricing strategies.

Your day will involve a dynamic mix of nurturing existing accounts and hunting for new business. You will deliver impactful sales presentations tailored to individual customers, utilizing market intelligence databases and business directories to identify prospective clients. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with Specialists, marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure seamless product delivery and top penetration opportunities.

The role requires you to be on the move, driving your personal motor vehicle to conduct regular check-ins, site visits, and follow-ups in variable weather conditions. You will also manage delivery resolutions, troubleshooting issues such as mis-picks or stock-outs to ensure customer satisfaction.
