As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping customer relationships and driving business growth. This position is all about passion, performance, and partnerships. You will be the Customer Champion, owning and nurturing relationships within a team-based selling model. Your day will involve educating customers on ordering platforms, providing menu consultations, and offering product recommendations and pricing strategies to help them succeed.
You will drive sales success by delivering impactful presentations tailored to individual customers, increasing case growth, and acquiring new business. Effective time and territory management are critical to your performance. You will work collaboratively with Specialists, marketing, supply chain, and customer service to ensure seamless product delivery and top penetration opportunities.
The role requires you to lead with insight by identifying prospective customers through market intelligence, business directories, and networking at trade shows and conferences. You will also manage delivery resolutions, troubleshooting issues like mis-picks or stock-outs to ensure customer satisfaction. As a Territory Manager, you will be on the move, driving your personal vehicle to conduct regular check-ins and site visits in variable weather conditions.
