Key Responsibilities
- check_circleConduct high-volume outbound prospecting and convert inbound inquiries into sales
- check_circleBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and site visits
- check_circlePrepare accurate price quotes and negotiate sales agreement terms
- check_circleMaintain detailed sales records and generate performance reports using Salesforce CRM
- check_circleCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery
- check_circleDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed targets for modular structures and containers
- check_circleAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school degree, GED or applicable experience; college degree preferred
- verified1 year of outbound prospecting experience OR 1 year experience at WSMM
- verifiedExperience in high-volume, transactional sales cycle and leasing
- verifiedExperience with strategic account management and development
- verifiedHigh level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, Teams, etc.
- verifiedAbility to travel 10%-20%
