About the Role

ReSource Pro is seeking a Director, Client Development to lead and develop a high-performing team of professionals responsible for achieving sales targets and client retention objectives. You will drive disciplined execution across the full sales lifecycle, ensuring strong pipeline generation, accurate forecasting, and the strengthening of executive-level client relationships.

In this role, you will maintain accountability for a portfolio of key accounts while establishing the deal governance and qualification rigor necessary to improve win rates and sales efficiency.

All remote positions are based in the United States, and candidates must reside within the U.S. to be eligible for consideration. Our goal is to be where our clients are, so a significant portion of this role will be spent traveling.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • verifiedBachelor's degree in a related field of study
  • verified10–15 years of experience in sales and/or account management within insurance, BPO, or a related industry
  • verified7+ years of experience in leading and managing professional teams
  • verifiedProficiency with Salesforce (or other CRMs) and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • verifiedWillingness to travel more than 60% of the time
  • verifiedCandidates must reside within the United States
