About the Role
The Territory Assistant role is a developmental position designed for candidates with limited electrophysiology (EP), medical device, or sales experience. This opportunity serves as an entry point into medical device sales, offering a clear path to develop the skills necessary to advance within our clinical sales team.
In this role, you will immerse yourself in the world of Robotic Magnetic Navigation (RMN) technology, mastering the basics of EP, the dynamics of an EP lab, and the business of disruptive robotic medical device sales. Your journey involves learning the technical complexities of our robotic systems, understanding key clinical workflows through case observations and simulator sessions, and providing independent clinical support in low-complexity procedures. As you grow, you will assist with system maintenance, promote the safe and effective use of our products, and engage with hospital labs and physicians to uncover opportunities and set up site visits.
This role is built for growth: when a Clinical Specialist territory becomes available and you meet the requirements, you will be positioned for promotion to that level. While this is a field position requiring up to 80% travel and potential relocation, it offers a unique chance to work in a dynamic environment where you can make a tangible impact on patient care.
