About the Role
We are seeking a California-licensed Attorney to provide maternity leave coverage for a full-time Associate Attorney. This temporary role, expected to last approximately 4–5 months, offers a unique opportunity to step into an active practice with efficiency and care. You will support an established caseload focused primarily on estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters, working alongside internal staff to ensure high-quality client service.
The ideal candidate brings strong legal fundamentals and professionalism, ready to manage a dynamic workflow while maintaining the firm's standard of excellence. This position includes an opportunity for pre-leave training and transition support to ensure a smooth integration into the team.
Work Environment
Edsall Law offers a flexible, hybrid work environment. While the role requires in-office presence for collaboration and client meetings, it also provides flexible scheduling options (e.g., 3–4 days per week) based on workload. The expected commitment is 30–40 hours per week, with a preferred start date in mid-July or early August 2026.
