About the Role
Accelerant Law is seeking a Staff Attorney to join a growing team in a flexible, supportive, and highly collaborative environment. This position is ideal for an attorney seeking a non-traditional or flexible schedule who values hands-on learning and desires meaningful exposure to sophisticated estate planning and trust administration work.
You will work closely with senior attorneys on a wide range of matters, including estate planning, trust administration, and private trust company operations. From the outset, you will be directly involved in client work, receiving mentorship and guidance as you navigate complex legal landscapes. While prior experience in trusts and estates is preferred, the firm is committed to training the right candidate who is detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.
Location & Work Model
This position is open only to candidates who are physically located in Nevada and actively licensed to practice law in the state. The role operates on a hybrid basis, with a preference for the attorney to work from the Nevada office location two days per week.

- check_circleDraft core estate planning documents including trusts, wills, and powers of attorney
- check_circleSupport senior attorneys in implementing advanced estate planning strategies for UHNW clients
- check_circleAssist with administration of client private trust companies and prepare compliance materials
- check_circleAssist with formation of limited liability companies and draft operating agreements
- check_circleFile annual lists for private trust companies and revise governance documents
- check_circleAssist with probate filings and prepare inventories, accountings, and beneficiary communications
- check_circleCoordinate with fiduciaries, financial institutions, and other advisors on estate matters
- check_circleDraft federal gift tax returns and assist with estate tax return data collection
- check_circlePrepare deeds and real estate transfer documents and coordinate recording filings
- check_circleDraft agendas, resolutions, minutes, and supporting materials for trust company meetings
Requirements
