Steinbacher Goodall & Yurchak is a Pennsylvania-based law firm dedicated to providing specialized legal services in elder law, estate planning, and long-term care planning. We are committed to delivering high-quality legal services within a supportive atmosphere that emphasizes continuous learning, mutual respect, and the well-being of our clients and their families.
We are seeking a Senior Estate Administration Attorney to join our Legal & Regulatory Compliance team. In this role, you will lead complex estate and trust administration matters, guiding clients and their families through the sensitive post-death process. From probate and estate settlement to trust administration and tax compliance, you will serve as the primary point of contact for personal representatives, trustees, and beneficiaries.
You will manage a varied caseload involving high-net-worth and middle-market estates, often incorporating elder law, long-term care, and asset protection components. Your day-to-day work involves analyzing estate planning documents, advising fiduciaries on their duties, and overseeing the collection, valuation, and distribution of assets. You will collaborate closely with financial advisors, accountants, and our internal estate planning and elder law attorneys to resolve complex family, creditor, and long-term care issues.
Beyond client advocacy, you will play a key role in shaping our department's efficiency. You will mentor junior attorneys and paralegals, review their work for accuracy, and contribute to the development of internal best practices and checklists. There are also opportunities to participate in community outreach, client education events, and thought leadership initiatives related to elder law and estate administration.
This position is ideal for an experienced attorney who values a collaborative environment and seeks to deepen their expertise in elder law and estate administration. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families during their most vulnerable moments. The role offers a full-time schedule based in Pennsylvania with the potential for a hybrid work arrangement, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
If you are ready to join a team that values compassion, technical excellence, and professional growth, we invite you to apply. Please submit your application to demonstrate your experience in estate and trust administration, your Pennsylvania bar membership, and your commitment to high ethical standards.
