About the Role

This position serves as a pivotal link in the firm's estate planning and tax practice. The role exists to ensure clients receive comprehensive legal guidance on wealth preservation, asset protection, and complex estate matters. You will act as a trusted advisor, interpreting tax laws and regulations to minimize liabilities while drafting critical documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. The day-to-day involves representing clients in probate court, collaborating with financial advisors and accountants to develop holistic plans, and conducting deep research into complex legal issues.
