As a Teller within PNC's Corpus Christi Ayers Branch, you will be the face of our bank in Corpus Christi. This role is designed to deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. You will process a variety of customer interactions, applying product and procedural knowledge to solve problems and ensuring teller and branch daily operations are completed efficiently and accurately.
Your day will involve meaningful conversations with customers to identify banking opportunities and educate them on alternatives for their financial interactions. You will perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs, leveraging technology and tools to help them manage financial transactions. Success in this role requires a customer-focused mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to manage risk effectively within PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
Note: This position is bilingual Spanish preferred.
