As a Teller within PNC's Corpus Christi Ayers Branch, you will be based in Corpus Christi. In this role, you will deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. You will process a variety of customer interactions, identifying banking opportunities during conversations and referring customers to appropriate resources.
You will engage with customers in the lobby to connect with them and position PNC products to meet their needs. By leveraging technology, tools, and resources, you will educate customers on options for managing financial transactions. Success in this role requires applying product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems while adhering to all policies and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate branch operations.
We are looking for individuals who are customer-focused, knowledgeable of values that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions. You will also be expected to assess and effectively manage risks associated with business objectives to support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
Note: Bilingual Spanish is preferred for this position.
