The Bilingual Patient Access Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and field representatives within our Patient Support Services (PSS) program. This role is critical in facilitating patient access to therapy by guiding individuals through the complexities of benefit investigations, insurance eligibility verification, prior authorizations, and appeals.\n As a bilingual specialist fluent in Spanish, you will bridge communication gaps, ensuring patients receive clear, compassionate support throughout their treatment journey. You will collaborate closely with field representatives and internal teams to coordinate care, manage caseloads, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. This position is designed for those who thrive in a virtual environment and are passionate about delivering high-quality service to patients navigating their healthcare needs.
