Combining timeless glamour with a vanguard spirit, St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is committed to delivering exquisite experiences at more than 50 luxury hotels and resorts in the best addresses around the world. Beginning with the debut of The St. Regis hotel in New York by John Jacob Astor IV at the dawn of the twentieth century, the brand has remained committed to an uncompromising level of bespoke and anticipatory service for all of its guests. This role is part of a team of gracious hosts that combine classic sophistication and modern sensibility, delivering our signature Butler Service and flawless hospitality.
Located at The Resort at Kapalua Bay in Maui, this position serves as a vital link between our guests and the culinary team. You will be the voice of the room service experience, taking orders over the phone and guiding guests through menu selections. A key part of your day involves acting as a knowledgeable wine expert, answering guest inquiries regarding the origin, vintage, and style of various wines.
You will coordinate closely with kitchen staff to communicate special meal requirements, allergies, and dietary needs, ensuring every dish meets the guest's expectations. Your day-to-day responsibilities include logging orders, managing payment processing, and keeping management informed of any service delays. Beyond the transactional aspects, you will maintain the cleanliness of work areas and ensure that every interaction reflects the genuine appreciation and professional etiquette expected at St. Regis.
